Recreational Respite –
Build it! Back to School (With summer coming to an end, its normal to have many mixed emotions about going back to school. Who will your teacher be? Is your friend in your class? What will I wear? This year we face other new emotions and different questions. Let’s talk about it, let’s build some resilience up to face the obstacles ahead and put our best foot forward!)
Age: 18+
Our virtual group experiences are developed by our Recreation Therapists. Each session offers various goals and experiential outcomes for children, youth, teens and young adults with disabilities and mental health.
All programs are inclusive and we encourage siblings, parents and caregivers to take part.
