Dance Exploration – TikTok Dances (Let’s slow the movements down, go at our own pace, and then put them into fast speed and see how amazing the moves come together! Fun, trendy, and very catchy, we will all look like pop stars! Disclosure: dances will not be shared on Tik Tok, and all movements will be appropriate!)
Age: 16+
Our virtual group experiences are developed by our Recreation Therapists. Each session offers various goals and experiential outcomes for children, youth, teens and young adults with disabilities and mental health.
All programs are inclusive and we encourage siblings, parents and caregivers to take part.
