Mindfulness Through Music (CNIB)
Music Therapist, Emily Brown, will be hosting a weekly call in Session where we will practice the art of mindfulness through the practice of music. We will listen/ play music together and then participate in reflective and relaxation activities focused on mindfulness and relaxation.
This group runs via Zoom web conference and teleconference every Monday from 10-11 a.m. Pacific Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
Please be advised that you must register for all programs. We kindly ask you to RSVP a minimum of 1 full business day before the start of the program.
