 “A new adult treatment group for 18 – 30 year olds with #ADHD is starting up again at Lighthouse Psychology in Calgary!

Here are the details.

Program: Ten (10) 2-hour Sessions

Dates: March 30 – June 1, 2022

Time: Wednesdays 5:30 – 7:30 pm

Cost: $100 per session (receipted as a psychological service)

Location: Lighthouse Psychology Boardroom

How it Works:

This ADHD treatment program introduces a series of skills to help you learn to manage your own ADHD. The group model uses Social Behavioural Cognitive Therapy (SBCT).
