During this session, they will explore powerful concepts and methods, including:

– Understanding loneliness and how it relates to unmet needs

– Using Trauma Informed Care for a compassionate approach

– Normalizing behaviour expression as a means of communication

– Reframing behaviour descriptions through a new lens of communication

Families and FMS staff are encouraged to attend.
