PUF Information Session (Children’s Link and Child Development Center)

Children’s Link is known and valued for offering resources, information, connections and hope to families and professionals in the disability community. Children’s Link is staffed by a dedicated team, many of whom have lived experience with disability. Our resource database contains more than 1,000 community resources, enabling us to provide people with a comprehensive variety of service and support options. Through conversations with our Caring Connections Family Support Team, guidance to access our website resources, and links to community events and support groups, Children’s Link provides a safe, inclusive environment for people to be equipped, empowered and engaged.

Join us for an enlightening session focused on resources tailored for young children with disabilities. Explore valuable insights into Program Unit Funding (PUF) and discover various community resources that can greatly benefit your family. The session is designed to be informative and engaging, spanning 30 minutes, with additional time allocated for any questions you may have. We look forward to sharing valuable information and supporting your family’s journey.

This session will be led by Children’s Link Caring Connector, Yasmin Mohamed, and Director of Communications, Mikaela Johnson.
