THRIVE Hiker’s Delight (Ability4Good)
Hiker’s Delight offers a unique experience for children to discover nature within the city’s metropolitan atmosphere. The participants will walk around designated park and discover the history and ecosystem of the area while practicing physical distancing and precautions to decrease transmission of COVID-19. This program is for children ages 11 to 17 years old. Parents must drop-off their children in designated locations and provide them with sunscreen, water bottle, and bug spray.
About Thrive: A community aide program, which aims to provide support and enable children with a range of disabilities to participate in recreational, social, and community activities with other children. THRIVE programs are for all children from ages 3 to 17 years old.
