Transitioning to adulthood (Gateway Association)

Transitioning to adulthood is one of the most important life transitions we experience. Youth ages 14 – 25 require support in navigating this critical time of life.

Join us for this series of four workshops, designed to help you assist your youth who lives with disability in transitioning to a full adult life.
