Virtual Beast Mode (Sinneave Family Foundation)

Beast Mode Fitness” is an exercise program for male and female teens/young adults (minumum age is 17) with autism who want to learn how to become more physically active in their lives. The program seeks to provide motivated individuals with the opportunity to learn about fitness, and build self-confidence through exercise.It is led by a clinical exercise physiologist.

Due to covid restrictions, Beast Mode will be delivered virtually via Zoom until we can be in-person again.

Zoom links will be sent out 1-2 days prior to the first class.

Withdrawal / Transfer Policy

Withdrawals from this program will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee and must be done within 10 days of purchase. No refunds will be given after this 10 day period.

Prerequisites

New clients must talk to Nick Lapointe prior to registering, or have been referred to the program by the Ability Hub (Sinneave Family Foundation). If it is your first time participating in this small group training, you must contact Nick to receive the proper forms at ptrain@ucalgary.ca

Itinerary

1. Register and receive paperwork for personal training
2. Complete paperwork and return to Nick Lapointe ptrain@ucalgary.ca

Medical Form, Waiver

In order to participate in this program you are required to sign an Adult Waiver.
Returning participants must only fill out detailed personal training registration form if it’s been more that one year since you last filled one out, or there has been a change in medical history.
